Do you get stuck in a rut? I know that I do. I need someone to push me, challenge me, and propel me forward. Sometimes my best friend has to drag me along with her, and afterward, I am so glad that she did! I don’t like change. I like routine, and I tend to stick to my way of doing things. But I have learned that I have to be open to new ways of thinking, eating, planning, and exercising. I have found that I actually enjoy jogging (Who knew?!?!). I want to create my own happiness, not have my environment and circumstances create me.
