You would think that the biggest Chromebook out is Googles own Chromebook Pixel 2, what with the high-end components and Beverly Hills price. Acers Chromebook 15, which starts at $250, is a mammoth. Bigger is better The Chromebook 15 is the largest Chromebook you can buy.

The Acer Chromebook 15 is the first 15-inch Chromebook. It’s huge, packed with the latest Intel processor and comes with a massive full-size keyboard, huge trackpad, stereo speakers and a full HD display. But is it too big for you?

With its massive frame, the Chromebook 15 has plenty of space for a full-size keyboard, huge trackpad and even a pair of stereo speakers.

Compared to other laptops, the Chromebook 15 is…well, gargantuan. A MacBook Air     13-inch and Dell XPS 13 on top, yet still barely visible.

On its left, the Chromebook 15 has power, HDMI out, USB 3.0 and a microphone port.

On the right is an SD card slot and USB 2.0 port, plus a lock. You know, so you can connect a rope to make it an anchor.

The grippy surface is contoured so you don’t accidentally drop it. Because at nearly five pounds, if you drop it, you’ll need to buy another one.

You would think that the biggest Chromebook out is Google’s own Chromebook Pixel 2, what with the high-end components and Beverly Hills price. Oh how wrong you would be.

Acer’s Chromebook 15, which starts at $250, is a mammoth. It makes today’s thin, sleek laptops look anorexic. If we did a side by side comparison of it and Apple’s new MacBook, you’d ask where the MacBook is.
